Some install teasers of Jill’s and my collaborative\u00a0Fur<\/em> installation at Barbara Koerble’s exhibit,\u00a0Recombinant Abstraction<\/em>. \u00a0It features artists that marry a variety of atypical materials into new abstract forms and has work from Mike Cunningham, Angel Fernandez, Barbara Horlander, Cynthia Lewis, Adam Palmer, Susan Sitzes, Fred Spaulding, and Jill O’Brien and myself. \u00a0It’s up at the Fort Worth Community Arts Center through August 30. \u00a0The work in it is pretty amazing; Adam Palmer has a whole wall of little plastic toy joys that is alone worth making the trip. \u00a0Details and curator’s statement here<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
